In early 2017, I was working a full time corporate job and only dreaming of being an entrepreneur. My chocolate chip cookie dough recipe was the one thing I had created that I felt like other people would love as much as me. After a couple weeks of building a website during my lunch breaks, I launched NoBaked and quit my job. Since then, I've worked to build a company that caters to our customers. From pop-up shops, to our scoop shops, to grocery stores - our cookie dough is made for YOU to enjoy.
My goal has always been to showcase cookie dough as a delicious snack. Flavor has and always be the most important thing - across all products under the brand.
After serving over 1 million customers, NoBaked's mission has become to create desserts that are chef driven not lab driven, with a focus on quality ingredients, immaculate taste, and unmatched consistency.

Originally from Louisville, KY, Megan (Beaven) Feeman, moved to Nashville where she attended Belmont University and earned a degree in Music Business. After graduating in 2015 and working in the Music Industry, Megan realized more than ever that entrepreneurship was the path for her. Combining her love of cookie dough and her desire to be an entrepreneur, Megan founded NoBaked Cookie Dough in March of 2017. She has been honored as Nashvilles 30 under 30 class of 2019 and the 2019 NEXT Awards Young Entrepreneur of the Year.FAVORITE FLAVOR OF DOUGH: S’MORES

Ohio native Jimmy Feeman graduated from Belmont in 2015 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Prior to NoBaked, Jimmy worked at Jackson National in the sales and marketing department. Jimmy was also a consultant for the Tennessee Treasury Department. Jimmy’s experience combined with his knowledge of business has lead the way for NoBaked to grow from a small pop-up into a thriving multi-store operation. When he is not helping Megan run the company, Jimmy enjoys craft beer, outdoors activities, watching hockey, and going on hikes.FAVORITE FLAVOR OF DOUGH: BROWNIE BATTER
Born and raised in California, Lexie made her way to Nashville where she graduated from Belmont University in 2015 with a Bachelors of Science, minoring in Psychology. Lexie has always loved working with people and has held many leadership & management positions from the Health & Fitness industry to Churches and non-profit organizations. Being a long time friend and fellow lover of the dough, Lexie found herself working alongside Jimmy & Megan, coordinating HR & Operations for NoBaked. Born and rised in Ohio, Pat has over 35 years of experience in the CPG Food Industry. Pat spent most of his career with The J.M. Smucker Company in various Marketing and General Management roles. Pat currently is the CEO of Kreher Family Farms, a leading egg and organic crop producer. In his spare time, Pat enjoys playing soccer, he is an avid sports fan and loves spending time with his family.
