Please Note - Our cookie dough can remain ambient for two weeks in transit, so if your dough arrives warm, don’t worry! It’s still safe to eat. We ship it with gel ice packs that are completely non-toxic to give it a chill during they arrive to you. It’s perfectly normal for there to be leakage or oil on or inside the jars and box. Stir the dough, put it in your refrigerator, and enjoy!
Our cookie dough is made without eggs, eliminating the chance of getting a foodborne illness from raw eggs. It is also made with heat-treated flour. Many people don’t realize how often raw flour has been contaminated with E. Coli – by heat treating the flour, any bacteria in it is killed. These two things make our cookie dough safer to eat than store bought, bake-able cookie dough.
Our cookie dough does contain wheat and soy. We do have gluten-friendly and dairy-free options. They will be labeled as such when you're selecting your flavors. None of our cookie dough contains nuts. All of our cookie dough is made in the same kitchens, so we cannot guarantee cross contamination.
In the refrigerator, the cookie dough will stay fresh for about 6 month. In the freezer, you can keep it for up to 1 year!
We ship Monday-Wednesday of each week. If you select Standard Shipping at checkout, our processing timeline varies between 1-5 business days. After your order is processed, it is shipped via UPS Ground and their shipping timeline is 1-5 business days, depending on your location.If you select Two Day Shipping at checkout we process your order by the next business day and it ships via UPS 2nd Day Air.

Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make any modifications so please check your order for accuracy. We cannot guarantee cancellation or refunds (See our Shipping & Refund Policy) so please contact us as soon as possible for any requests.
Our jars seal upon contact with the lid, but do not always stay sealed during the pressure of shipping to their final destination. It is completely normal for the seal to not be attached to the jar upon receipt.
We offer Route Package Protection at checkout for just $0.98. It's automatically added to your cart and will cover any damage that occurs during shipment. To file a claim, you. visit Route.com and submit all of your order information. If you opt out of Route, you can file a claim with UPS to get a refund. We, as a company, do not handle any refunds for damage.
