• What makes NoBaked Cookie Dough safe to eat?

  Our cookie dough is made without eggs, eliminating the chance of getting a foodborne illness from raw eggs. It is also made with heat-treated flour. Many people don’t realize how often raw flour has been contaminated with E. Coli – by heat treating the flour, any bacteria in it is killed. These two things make our cookie dough safer to eat than store bought, bake-able cookie dough.

• I have food allergies. Can I eat your cookie dough?

  Our cookie dough does contain wheat and soy. We do have gluten-friendly and dairy-free options. They will be labeled as such when you're selecting your flavors. None of our cookie dough contains nuts, but our Cookie Monster flavor contains M&Ms which may have cross contamination with nuts during their manufacturing. All of our cookie dough is made in the same kitchens, so we cannot guarantee cross contamination.

• How long will my cookie dough stay good for?

  In the refrigerator, the cookie dough will stay fresh for about 6 month. In the freezer, you can keep it for up to 1 year!

• How long does it take for cookie dough to be shipped to me?

  Our current shipping timeline is 7-10 business days. Once UPS receives it, their timeline can vary between 2-10 business days. We do not have control over their routes or transit times.

  **Please note that during the holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays. It is completely out of our hands once the package is picked up from our facility! We are unable to issue refunds for delays. See our Shipping & Refund Policy.

• How do I make changes to my order?

  Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make any modifications so please check your order for accuracy. We cannot guarantee cancellation or refunds (See our Shipping & Refund Policy) so please contact us as soon as possible for any requests. 

• Are the jars sealed?

  Our jars seal upon contact with the lid, but do not always stay sealed during the pressure of shipping to their final destination. It is completely normal for the seal to not be attached to the jar upon receipt.

• Do you offer refunds for damaged orders?

  We offer Route Package Protection at checkout for just $0.98. It's automatically added to your cart and will cover any damage that occurs during shipment. To file a claim, you. visit Route.com and submit all of your order information. If you opt out of Route, you can file a claim with UPS to get a refund. We, as a company, do not handle any refunds for damage.
