Founded in 2017 in Nashville, NoBaked Cookie Dough makes gourmet, edible cookie dough. As a franchise, you can bring our cookie dough to your city, too! Serving cookie dough in a way similar to ice cream – in scoop shops with the option for customization through toppings and add-ons – NoBaked Cookie Dough is a unique concept with a solid and growing brand.
We are excited to expand our brand to new markets around the United States. NoBaked Cookie Dough is committed to welcoming new business owners into our growing network of shops through our franchise program.
NoBaked Cookie Dough is seeking single unit operators and multi-unit development partners (Area Development Agreements not available in California at this time). Our ideal franchisee will meet the following criteria:
- Commitment: Prepared to dedicate your time to store operations and growth efforts.
- Experience: While experience in operating a QSR is preferred, it is not required.
- Insight: You and/or your partners should have familiarity with the trade area that you plan to develop.
- Passion: You and/or your partners should demonstrate passion for the NoBaked Cookie Dough brand and the product.
- Cash: Including all your partners, you should have a minimum liquidity of $75K (i.e. cash reserves) per shop to be developed.
Our franchise owners become part of a growing family dedicated to high quality products and service. They will gain access to the solid NoBaked brand, our delicious and proprietary recipes, our operations procedures and policies, store design and build-out guidance, website landing page, marketing templates, services, and plans, and more.
There is a one-time franchise fee of $30,000 per shop. There are also some additional, continuing fees: a royalty fee of six percent of gross sales and a brand (marketing and advertising) fee of one percent of gross sales.
We have a set of specific qualifications that must be met for territory development. Upon reviewing and approving your qualifications, we will grant franchises for multiple shops (this requires an Area Development Agreement, Area Development Agreements not available in California at this time.).
Our stores to range from 750-1500 square feet. However, depending on the location, we can work with anything from 500 square feet to 2000 square feet and a patio is always a plus.
The perfect location can vary based on the market that you are opening in. There will be discussions for reach potential location during the franchise evaluation process.
We prefer the owners of the stores to stay involved operationally as much as possible. Day to day attention is not required, as long as there is qualified management in the stores at all times.
We require that you and/or your business partners have roughly $75k in cash reserves per shop.
We are typically open Sunday-Thursday from 12pm-10pm and Friday and Saturday from 12pm-11pm.
5 days of initial training at our store in Nashville, 3 days of on-site support from corporate staff during your grand opening.
Depending on local real estate, permitting, and construction processes, the full process from the agreement to grand opening can take from 3 to 6 months.
